Zak marked the auspicious occassion of Indian Independence Day on Thursday 15 August 2024 by attending the celebrations at the Harrow Leisure Centre.
Alongside colleagues Cllr Salim Chowdhury, the Mayor of Harrow, Cllr Jayanti Patel and Bob Blackman MP, Zak attended a ceremony to mark the 78th Independence Day of India, presided over by HH Shri Rajrajeshwar Guruji.
This marked the formal opening of a wonderful rally of cars and bikes that toured through Harrow and Brent to celebrate the occassion.
It was a happy and joyous celebration of this important day.
